    Ceremony with an ordained Minister on the beach in Jacksonville. A wedding certificate will be supplied, along with completing all forms, and its delivery to the courthouse to officially register your wedding. On the PayPal payment site, there is a notes section. Please include the date and time you desire and whether it's a wedding or a vow renewal. Your questions are welcome at anytime.
